Links Everywhere.
I went onto Ryan Sholin’s web site and I checked out a few of his attached web sites. Out of the seven attached sites available on his Links that redefine news site I would have to say Everyblock- Knight news challenge project and Flight delays- Las Vegas Sun were the most interesting. Compared to the other links on his page I found them the most helpful and easy to use. Both links made it easy to look up things for your local area that I would not have expected to find. On the Everyblock link I found ratings of restaurants and crimes rankings in somewhat near by areas, for San Fransisco, New York, and Chicago. New cities are coming soon but until then its still interesting to see what there is. The Flights delays site was interesting because it showed you just that. On the site you can check your flight, flights anywhere in America and also flight delay ratings for airlines and airports. I found both of these sites more interesting than the Cluetrain Manifesto. The Cluetrain Manifesto was interesting, but it was just a jumble of words for the most part. I found the other two sites were much more interesting because they were more interactive.

I think Every Block is pretty interesting too.
Actually, you might want to think of The Cluetrain Manifesto as the conceptual, brainstorming phase of using the Internet...and sites like Every Block and Flight Delays as the execution of some of those concepts (and maybe some that weren't thought of 10 years ago).
